We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our client’s team on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional who is looking for a new challenge that offers part-time working hours over 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Perform all-round bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders at the board level, providing clear and concise financial reports and insights.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • VAT returns.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in management accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Comfortable and confident in liaising with stakeholders at board level.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
