Your new role
The Accounts Administrator role is critical in supporting the smooth running of the accounts function and therefore the person fulfilling the role should have the following qualities:-

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • IT Skills
  • Numeracy skills
  • Time management

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Duties:

  • Inputting, matching and coding purchase invoices.
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Labour cost allocations
  • Sales ledger invoice processing
  • Ad-hoc finance administration


What you'll need to succeed

A proven track record of high volume purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations is essential to the role.
