This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced Accounts Administrator to join an established business based in Nottingham. The role offers a well-rounded position, advantageous if your aspiring to progress and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage all customer accounts
  • Manage the new client and cancellations inbox.
  • Credit control support, emailing clients and chasing for overdue payments.
  • Ensuring all data on the billing page is correct.
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and generate financial reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts administration or a related role (data entry/bookkeeping)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Sage (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous credit control experience (desirable but not essential
