Due to continued growth within our business we are recruiting a Accounts Assistant to join our small, friendly team. The working hours will be 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.

Daily duties to include, but not limited to:

• Processing Purchase Invoices
• Reconciling bank statements
• Handling petty cash reconciliation and payment runs
• Assisting in preparation of monthly reports
• Maintaining purchase and sales ledger
• Matching delivery notes
• Dealing with finance queries over the phone

The ideal candidate will have:

Have gained relevant experience in similar Accounts Assistant position
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to an extremely high standard
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook
