Accounts Administrator

We are partnering with at Not-for-Profit in Leamington Spa to recruit an Accounts Administrator. This role is paying £27,500 - £29,500 per annum and offers hybrid working.

Our Not-for-Profit client in Leamington Spa provides expertise within the Education sector to both students and the teachers they train.

Accounts Administrator:

• Purchase Ledger responsibilities
• Dealing with supplier and invoice queries
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Raise sales invoices and post to customers
• Chase outstanding debts
• Deal with treasury queries
• Weekly bank reconciliations
• Post nominal ledger transactions
• Adhoc duties where required

Accounts Administrator:

• You will ideally be AAT qualified or currently studying
• It is essential you have worked within a transactional finance team
• Purchase ledger, credit control and finance administrative experience is critical
• Use of Sage 50 is desirable
• You must be a team player with a willingness to support others
• Ambitious and adaptable
• Ability to work independently

£27,500 - £29,500
