Our client, a global Freight Forwarding company based on the outskirts of Colchester, are seeking an Accounts Administrator join their expanding team and provide efficient support the busy account department.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inputting Purchase ledger
  • Processing supplier forms
  • Nominal inputting
  • Assisting with year end processes
  • Scanning & filing
  • Ordering and keeping stock of stationery
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting team members with ad hoc responsibilities as and when required

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven accounts administration experience, minimum 2 years preferred
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT proficient, including the use of Microsoft packages and accountancy software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
