Accounts Administrator

We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team within the automotive sector. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and has a knack for financial processes. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts department, supporting the financial health of our company.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Managing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and within expected time frames.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry into accounting software.
  • Handling queries related to accounts payable and receivable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an accounts administration role.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • AAT qualification or similar is desirable but not essential.
