Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator who is immediately available for work? Would you like to start a new contract with the potential to become a permanent role? If so, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you will be working within a well-established finance team, assisting with purchase and sales ledger along with general accounting tasks. It will be a varied role that will keep you busy!

Duties include:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable using Sage and Microsoft Excel
  • Preparing financial statements and reports
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Assisting with month-end duties
  • Handling general administrative tasks related to accounting
  • Managing the accounts inbox on Outlook

Your profile:

  • Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Experience with either Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP or other accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Overview:

  • Hourly rate of up to £15 per hour
  • Holiday pay accruing on top of your hourly rate (22 days + Bank Holidays, pro-rata)
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Free parking available
  • Fully office-based
