Reed Accountancy are working with a valuable client of ours, who are looking to recruit an immediate, full-time, office-based Accounts and Cost Analyst for their Head Office in Hartlepool.
Working Monday-Friday 08:30 – 17:30 and offering a salary of £25,000 - £27,500K depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload accordingly. The role requires someone highly numerate and analytical, who is commercially minded with the ability to think on their feet. Strong Problem-Solving skills and the ability to evaluate costs are essential for this role.
The Role:
- Month End processes reconcile stock lines against ledger postings produce pre pay and accrual reports to journal
- Deal with Purchase Ledger queries, ensuring ledger is clean and all accruals and pre payments are recorded for the management accounts
- Analysing current stock against market prices to evaluate potential risks and opportunities
- Ensure company is fully compliant, performing internal audits and manage external audit
- Stock Reconciliations for multiple locations
- Producing Management Information reports as required
This is best suited to someone who has completed or is studying towards Level 3/4 AAT.
