Accounts Assistant - 4 day week
Are you an immediately available Accounts Assistant looking for your next role? I have an interim role with one of my advertising clients lasting for initially 3 months.
This role is a mixture of a accounts receivable and accounts payable but mainly focusing on AP.
This position will be covering sickness and holidays over the summer months, working closely with the Finance Manager.
Standard duties include but not limited to:
- Effective management of accounts payable and receivable
- Timely processing of invoices and payment follow-ups
- Ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Participating in audits and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborating with the team to improve financial processes
