Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to and assist the Finance Manager with various accounting tasks, including data entry and accounts payable.

Duties:
- Perform data entry into accounting software
- Processing invoices
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Weekly payroll processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets
