I am working exclusively with a superb business based near Coulsdon to recruit an Accounts Assistant in what is a newly created role.

This position will enable you to join an established and ambitious finance team of 10, where you can grow and learn new things over time.

Your key responsibilities from the off will be...

  • Matching invoices and inputting on the system
  • Reconciling Balance
  • Preparing monthly statements and Accruals list
  • Investigating discrepancies

The ideal candidate for this role will...

  • Have a passion for finance/accounting
  • Have at least SOME experience of an Accounts admin/ Purchase Ledger role
  • Be studying towards an AAT qualification (not essential)
  • Have intermediate Excel skills (including Pivots and VLookups)
