Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover)

The Role:

Our client is one of the largest and most prestigious automotive dealership groups in the UK, are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team in Solihull on a maternity cover basis (maternity cover would be over 12 to 13 months).

Knowledge of the motor trade and the Kerridge system is preferred, but welcome candidates with strong accounting experience.

Role and Responsibilities of an Assistant Accountant:

Assist with daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records.

Process invoices, payments, and expense claims efficiently.

Reconcile accounts and bank statements regularly.

Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.

Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.

Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

The Package:

Basic salary of up to £26,000 per annum!

Monday to Friday hours [8:30am - 5:30pm]!
