Description

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Manage invoices and tax payments
  • Help in the budgeting process
  • Maintain accounting documents and records
  • Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Support the team in monthly payroll processes
  • Handle petty cash transactions
  • Participate in financial audits

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
