Accounts Assistant Part-Time
Accounts Clerk Part-Time Flexi hours
We have a vacancy for a Part-Time accounts clerk working approx 12 hours per week hours to suit, there is the possibility of working from home but initially it would be working in the office to train. This job is open to anyone who is looking for a PT accounts position including retired candidates.
DUTIES:
Paying invoices, inputting sales invoices into the computer, filing, photocopying. Inform Credit Control when bills have been sent out to clients, dealing with petty cash and general accounts duties. Some previous accounts experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Some accounts experience preferred but not essential
• Good interpersonal skills
• Accurate filing/administration/record keeping skills
• PC literacy
