CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively with an established organisation based in Southampton Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Daily Bank Reconciliations;
  • Cash book maintenance including processing journals and multi-currency transactions;
  • Purchase invoice processing and managing supplier payments;
  • Supplier statement reconciliation;
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • Good excel skills desirable;
  • Possessing a forward thinking and pro-active approach to work;
  • Great aptitude to learn and develop.
