Accounts Assistant

Robert Half are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation to recruit a Graduate for their opening of a Finance Assistant position, based Mountain Ash.

They are offering a base salary up to £23000 + Hybrid working (1 day from home), subsidised canteen & onsite parking & More.

Duties:

• To assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of the Finance Office function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Finance Manager on various projects.
• Assisting with month-end including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop an understanding of all aspects of the Finance function.
• Help with the annual external audit.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to work on own initiative, to constantly hit targets and strict deadlines.
• Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel Have the initiative to resolve complex problems and instigate processes to avoid such instances occurring in future.
• Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels both within the Company and with external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Education/Experience:

• Finance-related degree · Advanced Excel skills
