Accounts Assistant

• Oversee the accounts payable & receivable process
• Prepare and send out monthly statements
• Process a high volume of invoices
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
• Ensure all transactions are compliant with the financial policies
• Assist with the month-end process
• Support the finance team with other ad hoc duties

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant candidate should have:

• Excellent numerical skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to work well within a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
