Our client is a leading company committed to excellence and innovation. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of management accounts 

Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support the accounts payable and receivable functions.

Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.

Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Perform general administrative tasks as required by the finance team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE, Xero) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
