CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a specialist manufacturing business, based in Waterlooville.  Due to an increase in workload, a part time Accounts Assistant is being recruited to join the onsite team.  Managing payroll and supporting with transactional finance, this position will suit an individual, well versed in managing workloads.

What will the part time Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Weekly and monthly payroll, including starters and leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP, RTI and pension uploads.
  • Purchase ledger processing, including statement reconciliations and resolving queries.
  • Raising sales ledger invoices, supporting credit control.

Suitable Candidate for the part time Accounts vacancy:

  • Varied experience gained in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
