The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting and financial tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the company's finance department.

Description
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Raising sales invoices
- Allocating cash
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing employee expenses
- Query resolution
- VAT returns
- Payroll administration
- Producing ad hoc financial reports
- Financial Administration
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
