Your Role:

As our Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring our cash flow remains strong and our customers are delighted with their service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Credit Control:

- Proactively chase late/non-payments via telephone and email, turning outstanding debts into paid invoices.

Sales Ledger:

- Onboard new customers and manage their accounts seamlessly.

- Issue pro-forma invoices and ensure monthly customer statements are timely and accurate.

- Retrieve missing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and handle customer queries with finesse.

Sales Order Input:

- Process sales orders efficiently on Sage, ensuring our sales pipeline is always up to date.

General Responsibilities:

- Keep our accounts paperwork organized and easily accessible.

- Scan supplier invoices to our server for a seamless digital workflow.

- Take on various ad-hoc duties that make every day different and exciting.

What We’re Looking For:

- Ideally working towards an AAT qualification (we provide full training, so eagerness to learn is key!).

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Sage 50 accounts being a plus.
