Description

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Maintaining and updating financial records.
  • Performing purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliation tasks.
  • Assisting with the month-end accounting process.
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Supporting the team in auditing processes.
  • Complying with all financial regulations and practices.
  • Contributing to improving the efficiency of the department's operations.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
