Accountable Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant position in the Warrington area. This is a full-time permanent role suitable to either a new finance graduate or someone who has started their AAT qualifications.

Salary/benefits:

• Salary £24,000
• 23 days (plus bank holidays)
• Medicash

Job Duties:

• Verify and process proof of deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and reconcile employee timesheets
• Assist with the preparation and management of accruals and pre-payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Support with the sales / purchase ledger
• Assist the management team with various ad hoc tasks

When will interviews be taking place?

• Interviews will be happening as soon as possible

Ideal experience

• Either a finance graduate or someone who has started their AAT qualifications
• Someone who can work well in a team and has good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail / organisational skills
