Accounts assistant required for a company based in Drotwich. The primary objectives of the Finance Assistant position will be:
? Assist the Finance Manager with the P&L budget process, facilitating
operational managers in their setting of budgets, and the production of
consolidated summaries for board review;
? Assist the Finance Manager with the P&L forecast process, facilitating
operational managers in their completion of forecasts, and the production
of consolidated summaries for board review;
? Assist the Finance Manager with the Capital Budget process
o raising of purchase orders
o monitoring of the capital expenditure forecasts
o update of the fixed asset registers, additions/disposals etc
o reconciliation of IFRIC asset and maintenance registers
? Assist the Finance Manager with the analysis and reporting of Lifecycle
expenditure
o to monitor lifecycle fund spends.
o to raise sales invoices to draw down funds in a timely manner.
? To undertake any other duties as may be required by the company or line
management.

You must have experience of working in accounts, the ability to process data accurately within deadlines and be meticulous, organised, enthusiastic and hardworking. You will have good attention to detail and be IT proficient, with good spreadsheet skills. Study support for the AAT and lots of progression are available for this accounts role in Droitwich
