Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join the Accounting & Finance department of an established Industrial/Manufacturing company. This office-based role is ideal for those looking to start a rewarding career in finance, or would suit someone with a solid background in finance, who wants to make an impact.

Our client is a well-established Industrial/Manufacturing company in Swansea. They have a reputation for producing high-quality products, driving innovation, and providing outstanding customer service.

Description

The Role:

  • Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Completing purchase orders
  • Chasing payments
  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Participating in audits and implementing new company policies

Profile

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • AAT qualification, desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Accounting software
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
