Description

Accounts Assistant

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts
  • Process invoices and expense forms
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Support the wider finance team with administrative duties
  • Help with budget preparation and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close process

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance or accounting
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to work
