Part time 1 day per week/ 7.5 hours per week split over more than 1 day, based in Northampton.  This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone with accounts experience and looking for an extra income as this can be done inside Monday-Friday 9-5pm, or over evening/ weekend, to suit you. 
You will be working for a driven and ambitious Managing Director, this role will be to take over from the external accountant on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent.
  Warner Recruitment are delighted to be working with this established and growing company in Northampton.  The offices are easy to get to via both car and public transport with easy onsite parking. 

Part time Accounts Assistant 1 day/ 7.5 hours per week.
Job duties include:
  • Processing purchase ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • New supplier validation checks
  • Assist with supplier queries
  • Credit control
  • Data collation of purchases and imports
  • Collation of weekly reports
  • Expenses
  • Month end processes
  • Leasing with external accountant/ auditors
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
  • AAT Qualifications beneficial (not essential)
  • Experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
  • Experience using Excel
  • Part time
  • Able to work in the office for 7.5 hours per week
  • Happy in this role for 3 months+
