Description

  • Supporting the finance team in the preparation of monthly accounts
  • Assisting in the processing of invoices and expense claims
  • Maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with company policies
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements
  • Assisting in budget preparation and forecasts
  • Providing administrative support as required
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Participating in finance projects and initiatives

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • An understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good organisational and time management abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
