CMA is thrilled to be working with this successful business in its search for an Accounts Assistant. This new role will focus on Accounts Payable while also supporting the month-end process, management accountant and the wider team, offering a chance to work on a role that offers real variety.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Maintain Fixed Assets
  • Dealing with invoices and POs
  • Payment runs with approval
  • Support with VAT Returns
  • Supplier statements and reconciliations
  • Audit support
  • Review of processes and suggest improvements
  • Ad hoc support 

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Ideally studying AAT
  • Strong attention to detail
