Accounts Assistant

Robert Half are working in partnership with a well-established, reputable company in Calne to recruit a newly created Accounts Assistant role on a full-time permanent basis. This is a fantastic entry-level role that will be suitable for an AAT studier that is looking for their first role in finance or someone that has some experience that is seeking progression and be a part of a growing company. The salary is up to £22,000 plus study support and other excellent benefits.

The Role

The main duties of the Accounts Assistant role will consist of the following:

• Processing invoices; inputting data and matching purchase orders
• Processing expenses
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Assist with additional bookkeeping
• Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders; dealing with queries
• Record and file invoices
• Assisting with preparing reports

Requirements

To be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes:

• Experience within a similar role would be desirable but not essential
• Ideally an AAT studier
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Good team player

Salary & Benefits

• £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
