Accounts Assistant

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing telecoms business based in Borehamwood who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role will assist the Finance Manager prepare the month end accounts and other various areas of finance.

Duties:

  • Assist the Finance Manager with preparing and posting monthly journals.
  • Assist with monthly balance sheet checks.
  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, making sure bank reconciliations, ledgers, and control accounts are done on time and correctly.
  • Help with monthly payroll tasks when needed.
  • Answer ad hoc queries from various departments of the company as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience working in a role within finance
  • Desire to learn
  • Strong Excel skills

Salary:

  • £28,000 - £30,000
  • 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
  • Onsite parking
