Description

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Perform day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain organised and updated financial records
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives
  • Ensure compliance with organisational and financial regulations
  • Contribute to the development of the budgeting process
  • Support financial decision-making by collecting, analysing, and reporting data

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical abilities
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
