Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that our valued client based in Farnborough is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis. 

This opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounts assistant, commercially orientated finance

professional to join our client, reporting to the Finance Officer.


Key Responsibilities entail: 

  • Purchase and Sales Ledger entries
  • Export of sales data from internal system into Pegasus Opera
  • Support with processing of wages
  • Administration support
  • Manage and transfer internally incoming calls
  • Support visitors on arrival to site
  • Purchase Ledger payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Project work
  • Support visitors on arrival
  • Manage and transfer calls
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Admin and ad hoc tasks
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested

Experience and qualifications necessary:

  • Essential experience; Having worked in a similar role for a small business, and knowledge of Pegasus Opera or Sage, Excel and Outlook.

Additional information: 

  • Work pattern to be agreed but ideally 24hrs over Monday - Friday
  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) pro rata.
  • Free on-site parking
