We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support our Accounting & Finance Department. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in the Not For Profit sector and be committed to supporting our mission.

Client Details

Our client is a well-respected educational institution within the Not For Profit sector.

Description

  • Supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations
  • Processing invoices, transactions, expenses and petty cash
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
  • Helping with the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date
  • Supporting the audit process
  • Adhering to financial regulations and legislation

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • An educational background in finance or accounting
  • Proficient skills in Excel and other financial software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A commitment to working within the Not For Profit sector

Job Offer
