CMA Recruitment Group is working with an established organisation based in Segensworth, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

  • Daily bank reconciliations;
  • Cash book maintenance including processing journals and multi-currency transactions;
  • Purchase invoice processing and managing supplier payments;
  • Supplier statement reconciliation;
  • Supporting with month end duties such as balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting;
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant role:

  • Good Excel skills desirable;
  • Possessing a forward thinking and pro-active approach to work;
  • Great aptitude to learn and develop.
