Description

  • Perform routine accounting tasks including invoicing, bill payment and budget tracking.
  • Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Help with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain an organised and streamlined accounting system.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with latest transactions and changes.
  • Support the accounting department with various administrative tasks.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Experience in a similar role (practice or industry)
  • Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and financial reporting.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
