Description

Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:

• Match invoices to stock receipts
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts on a monthly basis
• Prepare the quarterly VAT return for Management review
• Administration of VAT from imports / exports
• Produce remittance schedules from customer portals
• Resolve incomplete invoices manually
• Ensure invoices and payments received are correctly posted
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

The candidate will have:

• Experience working within a similar Accounting role - Required
• Be studying towards or fully AAT qualified - Desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure - Required
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
• Strong organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills - Required
• Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
