Our client is a leading bridging loan specialist in real estate, renowned for providing fast and reliable financial solutions for property transactions.

Due to continued success, our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their growing department. Based in North West London, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team environment in a progressive role.

Candidates applying should hold a relevant accounting qualification such as the AAT.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process Journal Entries and assist with month-end and year-end financial closings
* Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately
* Oversee Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment collection and reconciliation
* Maintain accurate Ledger Records and ensure proper documentation is in place
* Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when needed
* Working closely with internal teams to support financial reporting and audits

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in a finance or real estate finance role, preferably within lending or similar industries.
* Strong understanding of Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, and Ledger Maintenance.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
