Due to continued success, our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their growing department. Based in North West London, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team environment in a progressive role.
Candidates applying should hold a relevant accounting qualification such as the AAT.
Key Responsibilities: * Process Journal Entries and assist with month-end and year-end financial closings * Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately * Oversee Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment collection and reconciliation * Maintain accurate Ledger Records and ensure proper documentation is in place * Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when needed * Working closely with internal teams to support financial reporting and audits
Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in a finance or real estate finance role, preferably within lending or similar industries. * Strong understanding of Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, and Ledger Maintenance. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
