We’re working with a well-established and supportive business that’s on the lookout for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team in Chessington. Whether you’ve recently finished your studies, are in the early stages of your career, or thinking about a change in direction, this role offers the chance to learn, grow, and build a long-term future in accounts.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break) 
• Competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000pa (depending on experience). 
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. 

What you’ll be doing:
• Code & input Sales & Purchase Ledger invoices 
• Process Engineers timesheets
• Produce Sales Invoices both on Job Logic & Excell
• Upload Sales Invoices to various portals 
• Reconcile Creditor Statements & Prepare Monthly Creditor Payments
• Keep various accounting records up to date i.e. vehicle allocation 
• Assist in preparation of Annual Audit Schedules 
• General assistance with tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the department  

What we’re looking for:
• A genuine interest in building a career in accounts
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic Excel skills (don’t worry – you’ll learn more on the job)
• Ideally some admin or office experience, but not essential
