The successful applicant will join a close-knit team working under the guidance of the Finance Director. The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will hold a vital position within the finance team, undertaking a range of daily accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Monitoring purchase and sales ledgers
Preparing management reports
Completing VAT returns
Performing credit control tasks
Payroll administration
Administering employee expenses
Desirable Skills
2–3 years of relevant finance experience
A proactive, detail-oriented work style
Strong background in transactional accounting
Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Xero or Sage
Solid working knowledge of Excel
