This is a great opportunity for a maternity cover in a lovely location on the outskirts of Chelmsford within an established and busy organisation.
Your new role
This position is a busy and varied role including duties of daily banking, posting journals, managing direct debits, raising queries, helping with the stock take, assisting with month-end duties, petty cash management, creating manual invoices and sending to customers, reporting on KPIs, processing purchase invoices and other general duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be someone with proven accounts administration experience, someone who drives due to location and happy with working in an office environment. Hours are 9am - 5pm with 30 minute lunch, the salary is up to £26,000 FTE (this is a 6-month contract). You will also need to be available to start on 1st August.
