About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Accounts Payable experience to join a growing finance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments and supplier queries, reporting directly to the Transactional Finance Manager. If you're organised, proactive, and customer-focused, this could be a great next step.

Duties will include:

  • Processing invoices and ensuring purchase order matching
  • Handling payments, adjustments, and expense reimbursements
  • Managing exceptions and more complex invoices
  • Dealing with vendor queries and disputes
  • Supporting purchasing processes and credit card administration
  • Assisting with time and expense reporting for internal teams

About the Successful Applicant

You will have previous experience in Accounts Payable within a finance environment, be confident using Microsoft Excel, and thrive in a busy, collaborative team. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a customer service mindset are essential.
