We areworking with a Housing Association who is looking for a Accounts Payable Assistant to assist their finance team This roleis on a temporary basis.

Your new role
You willbe responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuringtimely payments.

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Matching PO invoices for payment
  • Processing payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing activities


What you'll need to succeed
You willhave:

  • Min 2 years experience in Accounts Payable Function.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, including VLOOKUPS.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
