Page Personnel is working with a business in Portchester with their recruitment of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accountancy team on a 6 month temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can work with high volumes, confident with Excel and able to work as part of a team.

Client Details

Our client, based in Portchester, is going through a very busy period and needs extra help to deal with the increased workload. Free onsite parking & not far from the train station, means this role is suitable for commuters as well as more local candidates.

Description

As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries - phone and email
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Allocating credit notes to POs
  • Managing the inbox

Profile

In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role you must:

  • Have previously worked within a similar role
  • Have strong Excel skills
  • Work with high volumes
  • Be able to multi task
  • Be able to work as part of a team
