Additionally, you will assist in resolving any queries that may arise, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in Excel and data entry to handle large volumes of invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reconciliations and payment lists.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any queries that may arise.
• Knowledge of purchase order numbers and their significance in the accounts payable process.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
