Accounts Payable Assistant

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant for one of our clients based in Stevenage!

  • Hybrid Working
  • Weekly Pay - £13 - £14 an hour
  • Free on-site parking
  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity  
  • Immediate Start Available

Accounts Payable   - Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment schedules
  • Purchasing creditors
  • Stock accounting (deal with movement of stock)
  • Complicated balance sheets
  • Bank Reconciliation's
  • Company credit card
  • Dealing with multiple currencies
  • Ad-hoc month end process

Accounts Payable  - Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience within Accounts Payable
  • Stock Accounting experience is essential
  • Knowledge of Sage50
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Available immediately
