This position seeks a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the accounts payable department in our reputable healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating accounts payable operations and procedures.

Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of ledgers.
  • Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
  • Develop and implement effective accounts payable systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments for account reconciliations.
  • Provide support and guidance to the accounts payable team.

Profile

A successful Account Payable Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer
