Description

  • Processing invoices and staff expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handling the payment run process and ensuring all payments are made in accordance with payment terms.
  • Reconciling supplier statements to ensure all invoices and payments are accounted for.
  • Assisting with month-end close processes.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate financial records.
  • Collaborating with the finance team and other departments to improve financial processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Adhering to all financial regulations and guidelines.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
