Description

  • Manage invoice processing and payment functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers.
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursement.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

  • A strong accounts payable background.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with pivot tables and v look ups
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A problem-solving attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
